Ready Made and Stocked Items:
You can cancel any order that has not been dispatched by calling our Customer Care team. Please note that there is a small delay between actual dispatch and the dispatch confirmation being sent to you, so even if you have not received a dispatch confirmation the order might have left us.
Made to Measure Items:
You can cancel any order as long as manufacturing has not commenced. Please call the Customer Care team.
You can return any product due to a fault up to 1 year from the date you received it.
If you change your mind about a ready made or stocked product you can return it up to 14 days from the date you received it; sadly you cannot change your mind about customised products such as made to measure curtains or blinds.
If you want to arrange the return of an item, simply call our friendly Customer Care team and they will explain how to return the items. Please ensure that any goods are securely packed so that they get to us safely.
Cost of Returning Products
If you are returning a product because it is faulty or something is wrong then we will pay for it to be returned to us.
If you send goods back for any reason other than a fault you will normally be asked to pay the carriage charges - we could offer this for 'free', but of course there's really no such thing, we would just have to recover the costs in our prices. We would rather be completely straight with you, keep our prices as low as possible, and just ask you to pay if you choose to return anything.
Refunds of Returning Products
The appropriate credit will be issued within 1 working day of our receipt of the returned goods.
